General info
Nordic Mini Meeting 2018 will be organized by Mini Club Flying Finns and will be held together with MCFF summer meeting 12-15.7.2018 in Liesjärvi. We’re expecting people to attend across Scandinavia and further to our meeting to have good time with other Mini-minded people.
Where
Meeting will take place at Eräkeskus in Liesjärvi, southern Finland in the middle of woods and surrounded by lakes. It’s located 120km from Turku and 100km from Helsinki harbours. There will be over 100 2-3 person rooms available among other rooms. There’s also space for camping and caravans.
How to get to Finland
It is possible to drive from Sweden to Finland via Haparanda, but it is easier to come from Stockholm or Kapelskär to Naantali, Turku or Helsinki.
Finnlines: The organizer of the meeting has agreed with Finnlines for people coming to the meeting of a discount on route Naantali-Kapellskär. When booking the trip, the promo code (mentioned in the meeting ticket) must be mentioned. Travel time is 6.7-22.7.2018. The reservation period ends on 31.3.2018. The price is -40% – -50% of our Finnlines Standard prices (passenger, cabin and vehicle prices). The terms of booking are flexible according to the Standard Terms.

On the Finnlines Naantali-Kapelskär route, the price of the trip includes two meals on board.
Other options for boat trip are Viking Line www.vikingline.com and Silja-Line www.tallinksilja.com These companies offer more cruise experience and program for a boat trip.

FAQ
Accommodation
Accommodation alternatives are primarily by camping or caravan. In addition electricity is available á 5€/day (no heating or AC) and indoor accommodation in 2-3 person rooms for 50€/person (fri-sun). There’s also a possibility to sleep on a mattress in a class room for 20€/person (fri-sun). You need to bring your own sheets for these prices or pay 5€ more. If you have any questions, please call to Kirsi Hytti +358 50 351 8791 who’ll answer in english to your questions. To those who have reserved an indoor accommodation from Eräkeskus, 10€ camping fee will be reduced from the final price.

There is a small food store nearby where you can buy all the forgotten supplies. In the event place you can find a bar, cafeteria and a canteen which also serves beer.
